For delivery OUTSIDE of CA/OR/NV/AZ need to ship freight. The cost of this is $650-$1,000 for up to 10 panels. CONTACT US for more details

STANDARD CARRIER SHIPPING (UPS/FedEx) is NOT available unless a solar module is below 95 inches of LENGTH + HEIGHT. This will not disqualify all typical residential models; it would apply for RV style modules < 275 watts.

PARTS SALES Returns accepted in store or office within 5 days with restocking fee of 10%. Item must be in same condition as sold.

Items returned after 5 days and less than 30 days subject to 20% restocking fee.

CANCELLATION Order cancellations will be subject to a 5% cancellation fee. For orders scheduled for a delivery date that has been coordinated with the customer it will be treated as a return and is subject to a restocking fee.
