DIRECT DELIVERY is available for solar modules within CALIFORNIA and adjacent states. Contact us for more details or see THIS PAGE for active delivery rates. We deliver ourselves to ensure no damage in transit that occurs in typical mail and freight carriers!.

For delivery OUTSIDE of CA/OR/NV/AZ need to ship freight. The cost of this is $650-$1,000 for up to 10 panels. CONTACT US for more details

STANDARD CARRIER SHIPPING (UPS/FedEx) is NOT available unless a solar module is below 95 inches of LENGTH + HEIGHT. This will not disqualify all typical residential models; it would apply for RV style modules < 275 watts.

PARTS SALES
Returns accepted in store or office within 5 days with restocking fee of 10%. Item must be in same condition as sold.

Items returned after 5 days and less than 30 days subject to 20% restocking fee.

CANCELLATION
Order cancellations will be subject to a 5% cancellation fee. For orders scheduled for a delivery date that has been coordinated with the customer it will be treated as a return and is subject to a restocking fee.
