FLOODED LEAD ACID BATTERIES

Flooded lead specifically can come back to life in certain circumstances. Proper equalization can improve battery function and extend the lifespan.

We do a load test, hydrometer and analyze the overall health of the battery based on age, cell test results and before and after reconditioning service.
 

$35 for batteries over 1.5kWh of energy.
$25 for batteries under 1.5kWh of energy.
TRANSLATION: for 12V that is 125AH at standard 20HR rate - for 6V that is 250AH - standard 20HR rate

 

We can only test lead batteries in shop up to 420AH 6V or 225AH 12V.

For larger batteries onsite you will need to schedule a diagnostic service or consider replacing your battery bank with new lithium batteries which will have many benefits including a much longer lifespan and charging efficiency.

LITHIUM BATTERIES or Sealed Lead Acid
We can test lithium batteries up to 5.1kWh in shop.
That is up to 400AH for 12V, 200AH for 24V and 100AH for 48 Volt lithium batteries.
Or up to 200AH for 12V or 400AH for 6V Sealed Lead Acid batteries.

We can recover a lithium battery from low cell voltage disabling and perform warranty service for EG4 brand batteries.
Also with lithium we do a full capacity test which will tell us exactly how many cycles remaining of lifespan.
Finally, for sets of sealed lead acid we will balance the batteries to restore their operation in series wiring.

 

If drop off is not convenient for you, we can pick up small batteries during our normal driving routes within a certain distance. If batteries are outside of our normal range we can collect a deposit before pickup.
