Initial Diagnostic Service (60 minutes to 2 hours from us)
Will check all system components for proper connections and operations:
- Solar module strings
- Batteries
- Inverters
- Charge controllers
- AC Chargers (if charging method is possible (i.e. grid, generator or special tools to engage the charger)

Solar System Diagnostic Service (Distance over 60 minutes to 2 hours from us)
Service charge includes up to 2 hours time on site. For 30min or greater extra time on site we will charge additional hours at $100/HR.
After payment is received we will be in touch to schedule the diagnostic at a date and time agreed between the service provider (Dragon off Grid Solar) and client. It will happen within 2 weeks from the signup date unless otherwise delayed or unable to coordinate a preferred time.
We will prioritize urgent matters where distruptions in power have a significant impact.After a diagnostic date is scheduled you may cancel for a full refund with greater than 48 hours between cancellation request (received via voicemail, text message or email) and the time scheduled for the evaluation.
For evaluations less than 48 hours and up to 2 hours prior, there will be a $50 cancellation fee.
A cancellation within 2 hours of the scheduled time would mean a $100 cancellation fee.
Fees will be deducted from the original payment before a refund is send.
