1. Place butyl tape on bottom of the L foot, space them out as diagram shows then drill with lag screws and washers onto roof - the flat side of the feet will align with the rail

2. Slide square bolts (4 per 14ft rail) onto the rail in the spots where the L feet are, then drop the bolts into the L feet. Holding the rail up on both sides, tighten the bolt with either 11mm or 14mm socket.

3. After you have mounted both rails approximately 30 inches apart, then you can mount the panels. 

​

4. For the end (2 clamps per end for a single row of panels) snap on the END STOPPER which is labelled ##mm for the size of your panel width. For in between panels  you DO NOT need end stoppers, only the clamp itself.

4b. Align the wires coming off the panels in the same orientation for easy wiring later.

​

5. Starting with 1 panel bolt the end clamps against the panel near the edge of the rail, usually 1inch of extra rail off the end is good.

​

6. Then add two mid clamps on the other side of the module and slide up the next module aligned with the first.

​

7. Make sure panels are pushed up tight, have a 2nd person push it in or tap the opposite side of the panel with a mallet to ensure its flat against the clamps, then fasten the mid clamps with 11mm socket wrench until tight - ensuring the T bolt stays within the rail slot.

​

8. Repeat for remaining modules until the far end which will have the end stoppers on the clamps.

​

9. You are done
